During my year 2 group design project, me and my friends decided to work on an automated growth chamber for hydroponic plants. This was in line with the theme of automated response systems detailed in the module course. This is the first time I have involved myself in a coding project. I learned C programming to code the Arduino microcontroller and was in charge of the coding process of the humidity and temperature control.

This was also the first time I have worked on a project as a group, and I learned the importance of task delegation and working as a team. No man is an island, and I learnt to trust my teammates and enjoyed brainstorming and tackling problems together.
